System32.exe at 99% CPU usage..cant open programs..

I have no idea what is up. Only thing I have done is install an Logitech Cam last week. I doubt this would be the cause. Anyway, when I try and open programs it takes forever. If it is a shared program it wont even run, but will show in Task Manager. So, I looked in Task Manager and noticed System32.exe at 99% CPU usage. I end the process and everything is fine. Any idea what is going on?

Also, everything in my startup I disabled...one thing called IStsvc will not stop disable. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<,JUST FOUND OUT THIS COULD BE A VIRUS>>>HMMMMMMMMM

Hmmmm guess you should run some AV software eh?

I have just had so many problems in the past due to running AV. What is a good prog out now that is not going to give me problems?

AVG. Or use one of the online scanners if you can get to them.

yea there is no system32.exe i think. Get rid of it

you can try right clicking on the process and setting its priority to low and it should make it run smoother
