help.. it says its missing or currupt.. what do i do to fix this

its on my new comp i just built... .. it was running alright.. but i left it on when i went to the health club and when i got back my tv screan said unusible signal.. i ran windows... it had some error but still started.. i shut down last night.. and now i cant get it started

try booting with the cd & use the repair option!

sorry for sounding super ignorant... but how do i get to the cd setup..i put in the disk... i get the same message on boot....

nevermind.. that the ignorant boy figured out how to load the cd.... nothing like trial and error.. cept when ur doing it with a 1500 dolla machine..... well not that nice.. but thats what it cost when u burn up ur mobo and cpu... .....
