System-wide graphic equalizer in windows?

I'm wondering if there's a way to have a graphic EQ for all the audio on my system... Kinda like iTunes or Winamp, except for the whole system.

Ahh yes let me elaborate... The realtek equalizer sounds really weird. It doesn't really sound like the EQ is supposed to... I really need an alternative.

did you use the presets, or did you manually adjust the eq sliders?
