I supposed it would depend on usage, to an extent. It's pretty easy to keep a system running if nobody is using it. Thus, these numbers don't mean much without usage statistics, at least not to me.
This is no longer a bragging point anymore. With the increasing frequency of new system patches to ward off viruses and various attacks, rebooting is far more common a result of refreshing the system DLLs than recovering from a crash. It's less impressive to say your system has been up [x] days without a reboot.
