I supposed it would depend on usage, to an extent. It's pretty easy to keep a system running if nobody is using it. Thus, these numbers don't mean much without usage statistics, at least not to me.

about 32 days using win2k pro @ home...regular/heavy usage...games/work/internet....

only reason it wasn't longer was because it crashed from a game :D

This is no longer a bragging point anymore. With the increasing frequency of new system patches to ward off viruses and various attacks, rebooting is far more common a result of refreshing the system DLLs than recovering from a crash. It's less impressive to say your system has been up [x] days without a reboot.

Server 1: IRIX 6.4 - 62 days, 29 minutes. It would be higher if we didn't have to take it down to add a new DLT.

I shut mine down one night a week. Runs fine the rest of the time and I'd rather not wait for the system to crash.
