This problem may sound stupid but it would be really helpful if anyone could help me solve it. When i put my cursor over the icons in my system tray the pop up menu or whatever is blocked by the taskbar. This only happens when my taskbar is on the bottom. It's a very small problem but if someone can help me solve it I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time!
 
i have that problem too with the tooltips being under the maximized windows.
i cant figure out how or why it is being done.
i've got my taskbar set to "always on top".
