I wanna buy following parts for my new pc, please help me to choose the best one:
CPU: E6400
MainBoard: Gigabyte DS4 or Asus P5B Deluxe
Memory: 1 GB, 667 Patriot (with heatsink) or CorsAir (without heatsink)
VGA: XFX 7600GS or XFX 7300GT (or any other recommendation)
HDD: 250 GB Hitachi or Maxtor or Western Digital
Monitor: Samsung or LG
 
Change the DS4 for a DS3, the 7600GS for a 7900GS, get an aftermarket HSF for your CPU (zalman 9500/9700 are good), stick with the patriot ram and whichever brand is cheaper for the hard drive. For monitor I'd personally go LG but I don't know that much about monitors these days.
 
The Asus board isn't bad either. For RAM, I like G.Skill. I haven't had a problem with it. If you get the heatsink, look at the Freezer 7 Pro. I'd stay away from Maxtor drives. Yeah, I know that they were picked up by Seagate, but I'd still stay away from them. I'd go with a Seagate, WD, Hitachi or Samsung drive. For the monitor, I used Samsung and I've been pleased with their performance.
 
If you're looking to overclock, steer clear of the corsair. Only the very high end Corsair now seems to have Micron D9 chips, and at that end of the scale there is better RAM for cheaper. I think sticking with the patriot with heatspreader you mentioned is a better bet than going for what I'm assuming is Corsair Value Select from your description.

As for graphics, if you want a more power without paying the moon, get the x1950Pro.

I don't like ATI boards and I prefer have a nvidia one. but one more question: If I buy 1 GB ram and buy another one later, can I use it as dual mode?
 
If you mean you'll buy a 1Gb stick now and a 1Gb stick later, then yes, that'll run dual channel fine. Get matching sticks for best compatibility.

If you don't like ATi graphics cards (??? price/performance should overrule brand loyalty, but I digress...) then the earlier suggestion for the GeForce 7900GS is probably your best bet. It really depends on how much you're willing to spend on a graphics card.
