"system rig" might still be error prone...

Hey all,

I tried to enter my system rig info, but kept getting an error saying that I didn't fill in a field. I triple-checked the fields and they were all filled in. So I tried a few things after I searched the forums, but they didn't work either. Tried several things, but kept getting the same error. Any ideas?

BTW, I'm gonna try this at home also. I am currently on my laptop at work.
