system recommendations?

i have a p3 450 and i want to upgrade it to a athlon. i'm planning to get:

1.2ghz athlon 266mhz
epox 8k7a mobo
256mb pc2100 ddr corsair cas2.5
enermax EG365P-VE 350watt p/s
ibm deskstar 60gxp 40gb

got 2 questions:

what's a good cooler to get, golden orb, global win, etc.?
(btw i live in canada so i can't get some coolers, here's a site with 1's i can get http://www.ncix.com/Canada/productlist.cfm?majorcatid=100&minorcatid=1023)

what's the diff between pc2100 and XMS2400 ram?

BTW PC2100 is rated at 133 MHz FSB, PC2400 is rated at 150 MHz FSB. If you don't plan to overclock, get the PC2100.
