First off, this is my system:

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Mainboard
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (Non-OC)
Zalman CNPS 7000B Cu
ATI Radeon X850XT PE (Non-OC)
2GB Corsair XMS 3200
Athena Power EPS12V 550W Power Supply
3 Harddrives, 1 DVD drive, 2 120mm fans.
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

I don't know what is causing it, but suddenly without reason my computer will reboot. The screen will go black and reboot as if you flipped the power switch off and back on. Now, the first thought to me was something was overheating, I figured it was the CPU but then logic took over because I realized it only happened like once during a game and seems to usually happen when the computer is just idle when I'm not home or asleep. I have a feeling its the power supply because its the cheapest of the bunch, but I really have no way to be sure and I don't have any spare high wattage power supplies laying around to switch out and find out. Is there any way to figure out what is going on? It's really bothering me. Thanks.

I went into the BIOS and it was set at "AUTO" and it wouldn't show what value it was using.

I'm on Windows XP x64.

Your OS doesn't matter. Memtest uses a boot disk.

Well I ran it, and it just seemed to be doing the same tests over and over becasue I let it run for about an hour and a half and it ended up repeating the same tests. Under everything, there was something in red and I wrote it down.

Test: 3
Pass: 0
Failing Address: 000259ea304 - 601.6MB
Good: 7f7f7f7f
Bad: 7f7f7f7f
Err-Bits: 000002

Chan: 1

I don't know if I'm doing this right, if not, someone please tell me what to do and I'll report the results. Thanks!
