i havent ordered anything yet and wont for about a week, i will be using this computer for gaming, music, movies, internet....the works

That rig screams rice, why bother so much with the OC and then put such a subpar video card in? Save what you're spending on the fans, hsf & video card cooler and monster PSU and get value ram instead of that crap, then see what flavor of 6x00 you have money for. Jesus, that's like a $10,000 Civic with $20,000 worth of additional mods and the same 100 base horsepower... Please don't tell me you were planning on case lights too :(

What are you going to be using that computer for? If you're going to game on that machine, you should spend a bit more for a PCI-E motherboard and 6600GT. If you don't, there's no point in getting a $140 video card, because a cheap 9200 or even MX440 will be good enough.

my price range is very tight, otherwise, i would go PCI-E
ill just wait til amd boards have ddr2, by that time my budget wont be so tight

PCI-E boards aren't expensive

Why the hell would you get a 2.0 SLI PSU for that system? You don't even have a PCI-e MB. The 2.0 means it's PCI-e ready and you damn sure don't need 2 PCI-e connectors.
