System Link cable for xbox?

is it really just a regular ethernet cord? or should I actually go out and buy it?


Gonna be playing some multiplayer halo if so ^^
 
its just ethernet man. no big thing if you use a hub, if you are just connecting to xboxs directly then you might need a crossover cable.
 
Yup, it's just standard ethernet. A patch cable works fine if you're using a hub. However, if you're connecting to xboxes together directly, you'll need a crossover cable. No "might" about it. =P
 
I'm stupid because I don't know for sure of something? I'm sure you're always 100% correct and never need a 2nd opinion. Oh wait, you live on the forums, my bad....
