System Keeps Rebooting?

If I occasionally have to do a restart after say doing some downloads, the system automatically keeps rebooting about 4 or 5 times before it stays up...Not sure if it is a hardware issue or some type of software setting that is out of sync???

Seems like it stays stable after it finally gets going ----

XP PRO
XP 3000+
GeForce FX 5500
Pioneer DVR-109
Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
Antec True 550
CPU Temp 52
MB Temp 28

Any Thoughts ?

Have you tried swaping the ps with one that you know its realiable? Have you tried using a different electrical outlet on a different room? (and make sure its in a different room)
 
This is just a shot in the dark, but what is the case like? I have seen cases with broken power switches that like to reboot somewhat randomly due to a short or other problem with the power / reset switch.
