System keeps powering off

I just put together my old PC, and the system keeps turning off

-Specs-
EVGA 790i Ultra SLI mobo
Intel Core 2 9450 2.66Ghz
OCZ 4GB DDR3 Dual Channel
ATI 4870 X2 Artic Cooling cooler
Seasonic 600 Watt PSU

The Computer boots up, I can boot into windows if computer doesnt turn off. I can go into the bios, but the computer just shuts off with no warning. The hardware works because it was my old PC. I put it back together, and im having this issue. Anyone have any idea's?? pls
