System Hangs for a second, Need Diagnosis

I think i know what the problem is, but i wanna get a 2nd opinion.

i click on a site, and it hangs for a second or 2.. im thinking its my powersupply
here is my hardware

KN8-SLI
Opteron 165(stock)
2gigs rosewill pc3200
ASPIRE ATX-AS520W 520Watt
2x6600GT's PCI-E (Stock)
WD 200gb Sata drive
like 5 case fans, 5usb devices
1 dvd/rw
1 dvd/cd-rw

Have you applied the dual core fixes? Sounds like that could actually be the problem........Although you may want to replace the P/S regardless.........

Did you follow the registry entries and Boot entrry for the MS one?

nope... i got the 2 files off the hardforum.. and installed them...
