Hi guys! I woke up this morning and my main rig is hanging right at the pci device listing screen..I'm running an a7v, 1.2ghz 200 fsb t-bird, win 98se with a geforce 2 mx, 20 gb 7200rpm maxtor tdk cdrw, and a sblive value and linksys nic, it's been running fine for about 3 weeks and blam this happens..any suggestions on where to start? I'm attempting to disable cpu cache to see if it might have anything to do with the processor.. oh and the only software I've installed lately has been roger wilco and microsoft game voice. It doesn't look like the cpu cache disable is doing anything.
I just read another post on an a7v, so I checked the temp in my system, while in bios my cpu is @ 57 C, MB is 39C...

Update..I took the case off the front, to make sure that all fans are working properly etc..it booted up now! I don't know too much about cooling but is that a safe temp? I only have one chassis fan and the hsf on cpu..maybe I need more cooling?"
