System Freezes :-(

I am getting random system freezes and I am having to manually restart. I have turned off my overclock and put my ram back to stock and all voltages. This is a fairly new install of Vista after I got rid of W7 RC.

Is there anything I can check in the event log ?

This is driving me insane and right during a period when I need to do alot of work.

Any ideas?

I have tested my ram with mem test , no issues. Temps idle around 30c and peek at about 63c after 3 hours of prime95 with 4 instances.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Run seatools on your HD to see if theres any bad sectors.

Sometimes an OC can cause corruption of the OS which leads to freezes and/or crashes, but thats very rare. Boot with one DIMM and see if it still freezes after awhile

Cheers for the advice yh125d, will run seatools now and see whats what. I have a sneaking feeling it's my ram
