Everything looks nice, except a few things:

<<Geforce MX 130>>

I would buy the Radeon SDR instead, it's around $130 at Gogocity.com.

<<SEAGATE BARRACUDA 20.4GB 320420A UATA66 7200RPM 114>>

I would get a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 45 20GB instead, it's faster, cheaper, and support ATA100, runs very quiet too. Quantum Fireball Plus LM is also nice, a little bit louder though.

<<MX300 30>>

Well, you're on your own for the drivers. Aureal is bought by Creative Labs, and Diamond isn't updating their drivers at all. I'd say go with a SB Live! instead.

Yes, Mwave.com is a good place. Do you already have a monitor?

Yeah he already has a monitor, he kind of wants a new one.. haven't really found any hot deals on 17'' or 19'' monitors that are worth plunging into so far.
Oh yeah that enlight case is only a 250 Watt P/S I think that should be enough for him and enough for the future? Does the P/S effect overclocking etc? I'd probably be adding a couple fans possibly, no heavy duty fans though.

While I do think 250W is enough, but its just barely adequate. It's highly recommended to go with a 300W, especially when you're considering overclocking and adding fans. Better be safe than sorry.

Thanks for the help so far, I will most likely get the 300 P/S when I find a site with it (good site) but I have one more question , is the Chrome Orb a good Socket A cooler?

I think I would agree with LXi's comments. And yes, go with a 300W powersupply.

I'm not enough into the socket fans so I can't comment there.

Seems a fine system. :)

Chrome Orb is probably the best SocketA cooler you can get for it's price. It's not a killer cooler like Alpha, but it's the Duron of all the high end coolers, good performance, low price, high performance/price ratio.

I agree with a few things, but I think there a few things that you should change:

Abit KT7
Enlight 7237 w/ 300W PS
128 MB RAM Crucial PC133
Geforce 2 MX
Maxtor Diamond Max Plus 40 20Gb
Duron 700 100
Tai Sol Cooler CEK733092 Athlon
Creative Sb Live OEM
Pionner 10x DVD / 40x CDSlot Loading (104S)
F1oppy Drive (panasonic) 17
Bay Networks Netgear FA310TX

The Tai Sol is a really good cooler, and yes, I would get a 300W PS.

If he wants to get a 17" monitor, the Sony G200 is good, but I am not that sure about the pricing

KT7 and A7V doesnt make a difference so why bother. Asus has better quality and stabilty anyway.

And like I said, the Radeon SDR is a better buy.

I would say that you need more than 128, but not as much as 256 for 98 and Me
