I did try with 1 ram module, but didnt move it to B1 before someone pointed that out in this thread. Didnt help however. I am positive everything is put together properly. And as mentioned before I do have the latest bios now as well (as opposed to when I was whining in that other thread a couple of days ago).

As the impatient guy I am though, I just figured "f*ck it" and ordered a new Epox 9NPA+ Ultra mainboard and a 7800GTX to go with it a few hours ago. 😀 (And I specified that I wanted them to update its BIOS before shipping it in my order..)

Thanks a ton for your input guys, pretty sure that Asus board is just plain evil. 🙂

If anyone lives in Norway and is looking to buy a reasonably priced second hand 6800 Ultra, let me know. 😉

Well, I didnt mean to come off like that. Its been almost two years since I bought my current system (except for the 6800 ultra I bought around xmas), and I really dont think spending $3000-4000 every other year on a computer is that bad.. Atleast when you sit on your ass all day in front of it like I do. 😀

My new system will be an X2 4800+ with 2gb Corsair and now the 7800GTX. I allready bought a new Lian Li case and a couple of those 10k rpm WD disks for some raid luvin. Hopefully it'll last me another couple of years. 🙂
