System Building Guide missing???

There used to be a system building guide that, I think, was updated weekly with suggested builds of various computer configurations. I think this was in the forums but I cant seem to locate it anywhere. BTW I am not talking about anandtech's system builder guide, I know they do this. I am referring to one that was done by a forum user and was stickied for a while but is now gone. Is it dead now or what?

...because it's not stickied? The sticky icon still stays for some reason, though. It is kind of dead because it's a little overdue for an update (last done December 1), but people are still clamoring for a resticky.
