system/boot disk in 2000 to flash bios

i need to make a system/boot disk so that my win2000 system can boot up and i can flash the bios..any idea how to do this??? In win95/98 you could make a system disk by format a:/s but this doesnt work in 2000....help please

2000 boot disk isn't really going to help you flashing the BIOS.. you should use a dos/95/98 boot
disk.. what ever you can find

find a win98 box and make a boot floppy, add the flas utility and new bios to the disk and take it from there. bootdisk.com has some boot floppy apps. if you dont have a win 98 box around.

Go to the MOBO manufacturers or the BIOS manufacturers site.
Some BIOS's you don't even fool with that crap...you can do it under Windows
