SYSMark 2007 - Flash / Web browsing

I've been wondering what kind of an affect my CPU has on my ability to surf the net. I figured SYSMark had to test that, but I'm not sure they do. I know that they DO test for 'Macromedia' Flash (now Adobe Flash) --

Is that a good proxy for testing how my CPU performs for web browsing? Does anyone know which metric that is on the AnandTech benchmarking page? I figured it plays a bit into E-learning, but I just want the benchmark on Flash.
