Sysdiff crashes!

About a 3rd of the way through a sysdiff /snap, it crashes...everytime. The registry scanning is done and its scanning the INI and directories. I get a Dr.Watson error:
"The application, exe\sysdiff.dbg, generated an application error The error occurred on 7/ 2/2001 @ 10:11:48.869 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 77a91e09 (GetFileVersionInfoSizeW)"

I'm local Admin and have d/l the newest version from MS, ver 5.00.1598.1. Searched the KB for any Drwatson type errors but didnt find anything....help!

1) Determine the file that sysdiff was examining when the error occurred.

2) Replace that file.

3) If you don't believe me, right-click and do a properties on the file in question. You'll likely get the same Dr. Watson

I don't know how to determine which file caused the problem. You might have to do a stack backtrace from the user dump. Not many ppl have the skills to do that, tho.
