.sys drivers...how do I install?

Need to install Ethernet drivers on my new laptop, they came in .sys form. Is there any way to install them (these are the most up-to-date drivers I can find).
 
I do not believe you can. Windows XP and later drivers require an inf to install. If it is a "NEW" laptop you should be able to find them. What is the model of the laptop and network card?
