Syntax motherboards ?

I was browsing Pricewatch for KT400 motherboards and saw a brand called Syntax . The link took me to Northgate !!?!? however further searching took me to www.syntaxusa.com . I suspect that these are relabled ECS / PCCHIPS / PCWARE boards . Ds anyone know anything about them ?

They aren't relabelled. Syntax is the Elitegroup's answer to ASUS's ASRock attempt.
We have their KT266A board going for 29 euros here, which is again HALF of what ECS and ASRock brand boards go for.

Peter - The US prices don't seem to be much less than ECS. I couldn't find any reviews How well do these work out ( better or worse quality and reliability ) compared to the commonly used lines of ECS / PCCHIPS motherboards ?

Dunno yet. They just begin showing on shelves here in Germany. Price for the KT266A board was 29 euros yesterday, and is 45 today (wtf?).
