This is basicly a professional-style (high dynamic range, floating point colors, etc) 2-d animation package designed to reduce or eliminate all the traditional, and expensive, drudge work associated with traditional 2d animation consisting of hand drawn cells, (aka tweening).
It has been recently released under the GPL... Currently a developer release, but it should be usable for most things. Check it out.
