Syncing Outlook 2003

Hey, I use outlook 2003 on both my desktop and my laptop, and I have a calender on the my desktop, but Id like to be able to sync the two. Like, if I post something on my laptop calender, then I would like it to be synced with the desktop, and vice versa. Also, if I could do this with mail as well, that would be great.
