Syncing Files between Multiple Computer in W7

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate on one machine and Windows 7 Home Premium on the other and I used to use MS Synctoy but what is a good free utility that will work with W7?
I use Firefox and I use mozbackup to sync my profiles but I also want to sync my music Documents and Downloads
Is there an easy way to do this
I just want to Sync added or changed files but as of now I have just been deleting and recopying over the folders I need but each folder is 20+ GB so It will take awhile so there has to be an easier way
Thanks

Syncback has a free version that can do this.

Also, Why not just setup a Synctoy echo profile for each folder you want to mirror? It doesn't really get any easier than that.

I use Live Sync. It syncs over both your local network and over the internet. Its like your own personal Mozy.

They also have Live Mesh, which is like Live Sync and Mozy put together. You sync to a server online and to your other computers.
