Syncback question

syncback freeware does not back up locked files. Syncback pro does. You can however setup syncback free to close outlook before running your backup profile . In the profile settings under "autoclose" there is a field to add what priograms should be close first. type in "microsoft outlook" and it will close outlook before running. This is how we use it at work.
