Sync a specific folder to a USB hard drive?

Hi guys I have a 500gb USB hard drive that I want to use as a backup to all of my stuff.

How to I go about making a folder in the c:\ to automatically sync with the USB hard drive whenever I plug it in?

Make any folder sync with a USB Hard Drive. Synctoy from Microsoft, free program.

I've had problems with SyncToy not coppying some files over time- which could lead to data loss.

Try GoodSync. It's much better.
