Sygate breaks my Internet?

OK, I had Sygate personal running along with NOD32 fine. For some reason I had to uninstall these two to get SP2 to install, fine. Now after reinstalling and I turn SP2 firewall off and Sygate on, my IE just sets there and doesn't connect. As soon as I turn Sygate off, connections back up! Why is it doing this on SP2? Are there some settings that got screwed up?

sygate works fine on 2 machines i have put it on with sp2
