I think that the link you provided us also had ur shopping cart or some sort of session ID... I guess go to the main page, and search for Item " ANE00078 " ... and there you should have it.

I don't know about you guys, but I have power cords lying all over the place... It makes me wonder "How the heck did I get SOOO MANY???" does anyone else have the same problem???

and 4 more dollars for the 1030? But, is it really necessary to get such a HUGE case?

is shipping the same price? must be more expensive

shipping should be the same price between the 830 and 1030 as they are identical except the front bezel. I know some people have been looking for a good price for this for a week or so now.

Now that you mention it....I do have a ton of power cords...Maybe I should separate the white ones from the black ones to make sure I don't get anymore.. hehe :D

I have the SX830, it is awesome...plenty of cooling expandability...300W AMD PS...removeable HD cages, key lock door (does not require screws to open and close the case main side panel. And the thing could survive world war III.

IT even looks good...comes in black too AFAIR...

Can anyone explain the discrepancy in pricing for the two sx830s I found at this site ? One page says that it is $64.42, the other page says that it is $139.79. Is there a difference between these two cases? I found a similarly odd pricing scheme for the sx1030 and 1030b.

If this works out, it is a great price. I'd be curious if anyone receives this case as I just plopped down $93 delivered for the case myself ($74 + $19 shipping).

830 is now showing out-of-stock.
If you are on the fence on getting in on this for the 1030, you better jump onit on account for the "AE" = "Anandtech Effect".

Good hunting :)

Does anyone know where I can buy the SX830 case locally in the DC Metro area? I live in Montgomery County, Maryland, and I need one of these quickly. I've looked around at all the local shops, but none seem to carry it. Thanks!

Vipersky, I live in Maryland as well. I've never seen any of these cases at any shops or at the local shows. You ever frequent the gaithersburg computer shows?

P.S. I own the SX1030, the k282 and the k188 antec cases. I love the SX1030, almost bought the black one from Onvia right before they cancelled free shipping.

In the DC area I don't know of anything really close, although MicroCenter has a store in Fairfax VA (I have no idea how far that actually is though) and they do carry the Performance Series cases.

As far as differing pricing goes, it's probably an effect of what pricing they get from a distributor (thus if they order from 2 different distributors 2 different prices).

MustISO, I used to go to them, before I found this and other forums :) But I found the prices sometimes weren't that good, even pricewatch prices were better than them. I actually own two of the SX1030 cases already, and have a SX830 sitting here ordered from Onvia, damaged by UPS ground shipping from CA! AntecCSR, Fairfax is a bit far away, like 45 minutes, but I guess I'll have to make a trip there if that's my only option... thanx for all your help!

This is a little OT, but I got an SX830 from Onvia a couple of weeks ago and it came with the extra drive cage (and support) that the 1030 has. This is also where the top, front fan is located. Has anyone else got one of these?

My SX830 just arrived, and MY GOD - this thing is HUGE!!!! I've never seen a case this big! It is VERY heavy too. Please remind me why this was the case to get because "I've got some splainin' to do."

This is the case to get because its roomy, has an excellent power supply, and is a generally solid case. Weight was never really a factor for me :p

Yeah, this is a great case! Very rooming and the removable trays will definitely come in handy.
My 2 cases are just sitting here sweet as a puppy...can't wait for the MSI Turbo to come out!

vipersky - You can try Micro Center like AntecCSR said in Vienna. It's down off Nutly St. just off I-66. I went there last week and they do carry the SX1030 but no SX830. I think it was going for ~$120 or something. Can't remember for sure.
