I would like to call on the many years of experience contained within this forum to ask for your opinions...I am going to be build my first system soon that will consist of the following:

CUSL2C MOBO
Pentium 933 or 1GHz w/Coolermaster HSF
256 mb Micron CAS2 PC133
2 IBM Deskstars 30-45GB
Pioneer 16X DVD
HP CDR
Sound Blaster Live Value
Herucles Prophet MX

Would I be better off with an Antec SX830 and panaflo fans or perhaps a modded case by Jim Hanson say maybe an Addtronics 6896, Chenbro Genie, or Lite-On FS020. I'm looking for a nice blend of cooling performance that is as quiet as possible...Also a case that offers plenty of ability to expand in the future...I will not be overclocking at this stage of development...Thanks in advance!!!

sx830- no doubt. i just got my system installed in an antec sx1030 case and it is sweet. you dont need the extra cage unless your using a lot of hard drives. got this because i set up a raid with 2 30gb seagates. you wont be sorry w/ the sx830.

Either of the SX-Antecs should serve your purposes well. The only apparent alternative to offer similar quality/features at near the same price is the Fong Kai FK320, IMHO.

The others you mention are very solid, they just cost a lot more.
