I'm planning on buying a new motherboard with RAID, my current RAID setup works fine but I need more speed (going AMD->Intel ;P). I'm wondering if my data that is on my drives will be there after I switch to the new motherboard with, more than likely, a different RAID controller. Any ideas?

I'm pretty certain that you will have to rebuild the array with a different chip. If you are not booting off of the array you might be able to get away with it if the controller is the same on both boards. Oh, and I really don't know much about RAID, I'm just stating what seems logical(to me anyway).:)
