Hey everyone,

just switching motherboards from a abit kv8 to a gigabyte ga-k8ns
on my old mobo i had the via SATA drivers installed in win2k, and its all worked well, and thats what im on right now, but i was wondering if there was a way to install the nvidia drivers now so that when i install the new mobo, everything will run fine with my sata hard drive so i dont have to reinstall
i dont even know if this is possible but i figured id ask first

thanks

Chances are it won't recognize the harddrive, that mostly happens on a MB change out. But you might be in luck..........i got a floppy with my Sata board so you might be able to just install the board and Harddrive and use the floppy to get the drivers on so the MB is seen by the Bios. worth a chance.
