Is it possible that if I switch Junior (community) College's, I can just transfer the credits that I passed and leave my F's behind so that I can start with a better GPA?

Why not? My sister was accepted to a University after highschool, and was a running start student. She transfered all of her classes to Eastern except for 1 D she got. Why can't I do the same?

The credit will not transfer but your GPA will stay the same when you transfer.

right. the GPA will transfer. since he recieved the F that will not (well on transcripts).
but i have heard people changing CC with low GPA and little to know credits and not claiming the first CC at all. not sure if that really works though.
