Switched from gf4 4200 to radeon 9600. Now all my .WMV files are screwed up?

Radeon DXVA bug. Update to latest WMP10. If that doesn't work, disable DXVA (video acceleration)/reinstall Catalyst.

i'm not using wmp10.

i'm using a 3rd party to play back .wmv's. and it's only some wmv's that are screwy.

where is dxva controls in the catalyst panel? (i cant find it)

upgraded to the latest catalyst version 5.11 release 11/11.

same thing
