I went with XFX for $168 from TD and Far Cry since that red MSI PCB just too ATI for me and it's replacing my 4850. Good card for 7 months but too many issues. But darn that means I can't keep looking at this stuff.

I remember the days of the Geforce4 Ti4200. That was considered a killer deal. That is nothing to today's graphics card deals. My only complaint is that as a parent of a one year old and a married person, I no longer have time to game like back in the Geforce4 Ti 4200 days.

fwiw I ended up paying ~ $60 after selling the old card to go from a 4850 to a gtx 260 core 216 with a 13.7% factory oc on it. The card is perfect, runs at 70c at full load and the fan is A LOT better than my 4850's fan was. it is completely silent under all circumstances for me. So now I've paid $100 to upgrade from an x1900xt to a 3870 in nov 07, $40 to go to a 4850 in july 2008, and $60 to go to a gtx 260 in mar 2009. This is an expensive hobby!!
