Swiftech has created a partially pre-assembled peltier setup for GPUs; it goes by the moniker MCW50-T. They greatly reduce the risk of using a peltier setup by sealing everything properly to prevent condensation. Some work is still required by the user, but reduced risk is always nice. 3dXtreme overclocks their Radeon 9700 Pro for a nice 20% boost in core clock speed using this device.
