I am looking for a good place to order a 462 from. I could order one from swiftech, but they want ~$80 for it. Is there a place that has them for less and will take credit card or cashiers check? Preferably in United States?

I would also like to know this, not to mention the fact that they are charging almost 19.00 bucks for the fan on that sink, i just don't think the fan is worth that much, a comparable one can be bought for under 15.00

If you're speaking of the 68cfm Delta fan, there is nothing comparable. The Sanyo Denki that Swiftech is shipping the units with now only puts out 56cfm airflow. Swiftech stopped using the Delta because, at the time, they were having a hard time getting them on a timely basis and so looked around for a reasonable replacement. $19 for the 68cfm Delta, considering the fact that, structurally, it is so different from standard 80mm fans, is not unreasonable. Not as many are being produced, so that drives the price up compared to fans that are being produced by the tens of thousands. I believe you can get them (the fan or the complete HSF combo) from Inflow Direct, Cooler Guys, and possibly Plycon. All, however, are charging the same price of $79.95(give or take a few cents).

I bought mine direct from Swiftech without a fan and got it in 4 days. I just put my own fan on it then, I think it was around $60.00.

xcourse they are no longer shipping with the Delta they now are using the Sanyo deki, either way both fans can be bought seperately for less then what switech is charging, so i would get the bare sink then add your own fan.
