This is one of the best and easiest mods I have ever used. I currently have it for FS2004, but there are many games that work with it if it's a 32 bit game and uses Direct X 9-11. Instead of editing the cfg file manually you can use SweetFX-Configurator. http://sweetfx.thelazy.net/

If you have an AMD card using it's built in SweetFX support(still need the SweetFX program.) is awesome. Only like 1.4 is supported though but you can use 1.5 the GUI version for those games that have 1.5 profiles but I tried using a 1.5 profile in 1.4 and it still looked good.

SweetFX in RadeonPro makes adding and removing the effect much easier than using the GUI.
