The only TV that can touch that thing is the 34" Widescreen Wega XBR.

Unfortunately that's way too expensive

Also, my mom though it was small and liked the 40" better. We're still not TOTALLY sure about getting it, but we're really thinking about it.

Hehe Pro, we saw a 61" Sony Projection T.V. but we didn't like the picture quality. The Sony XBR sounded and looked better on it's own. (No Extra speakers added)

Of course. Nobody likes anyone else being happy. Ohh.... can you imagine tv-outing and playing CS on that bad boy? oh yea... Sweetness....

Yes we're thinking about the T.V. and the stand that is designed for it. The guy at the store gave us a sweet deal. $6000 with GST+PST included and T.V. stand.

For $3k, I'd go with a Mitsubishi 65" 16:9 RPTV. Those things can be tweaked to the nines by a qualified ISF tech (check out The Spot) and will knock your socks off!
