Sweet, just got a new PC @ work

Nice! We're due for an upgrade here too. Compiling stuff on a 500mhz PIII with 256mb of RAM can get a bit tedious. The new machines are 2.4Ghz P4's with 512mb of RAM. I think our users are getting dual flat panels while we are stuck with our old CRTs. Unfortunately, my company is pals with Compaq.

hm, I think I might upgrade my PC at work sometime soon 😀

(recycle system - someone else gets it)

XP3000+ or something 🙂

Next month we get new PCs. Currently we have really crappy P3-1Ghz. We will be getting dual 3.06Ghz Xeon with flat panel CRT. Talk about an ugrade.

My work machines is a P4 2.8, 2Gb pc2100, dual 19" crts, plextor 8x DVD+-RW, and a Radeon 9000. The next office has all the fun machines, dual Xeons with 15k rpm scsi drives, and the new single Xeon 3.2, 1Gb pc3200, a dual dvi GeForce FX 5600, with a Dell 2001fp and a Dell 1703fp for the displays.
