edit::::::a good way not to be creepy if so inclined would be you going up to her and saying "hey can i have your phone number, and then let me take a picture of you everybody in my phone book has a picture" ok ok that's still creepy but at least you get a good shot....and if you catch her offguard she will do it!!!

if she asks you why you want it say nothing take picture and run away...that's what i do anyway..hehe.
