DANG!!! Still no free 64 bit version. Bastards.

Ummm..perhaps I am misunderstanding this quote:

DVD/CD Installation (local install)

The 32 bit verion is available on 5 CD ISO images or on a single DVD ISO image. The 64 bit version is available on 1 DVD ISO image only.

Download the either the CDs or DVD file from the closest mirror. You will find the files under the ISO directory for the given platform. For example, the 32 bit files are located in the /i386/9.3/iso/ directory.
Note: This example is using the i386 arctitecture, therefore the first directory might be different for a different system.

Burn the ISO image to a DVD.

Boot from the DVD.

Does that not mention a 64bit version? Are these just evaluation or full distro's? Guess I'm a little confused......

I just got the real suse version(not the demo) from a site called "everyfreegift.com". You have to buy two things from the site. I bought a city coupon book for a total of 14.95, shipping included, and also signed up for one month of blockbuster online-free movies for 1 month for 9.99.Total, 25.00, plus i get to watch a few movies before i cancel. theres about a 45 day wait to recieve the new Suse version.

Thanks OP. Seems my yahoo acct had been deactivated for nonusage so I didn't get the e-mail, but followed the link and used the old e-mail and it's workin, of course I also updated to the current gmail account email.

Bah, seems like a POS compared to last year's version. You're better off with the downloadable ISO(s).

This is especially true if you want an installable version of 9.3. This one only has the live version of 9.3.

I never got any e-mail and I didn't do this last time, but I put my e-mail in the box and was able to sign up fine. So it doesn't look like you need anything.
