I remember when I was younger, my brother and I would walk with a friend and our parents to a local candy store on the weekend. Everytime I went, I got swedish fish. Those things rock hardcore.

$5 for a box of them is cheap in my world.
They look kinda gross after being chewed on though.

My supermarket sells them for $3 a pound, Walmart has them in the candy aisle $1.97 for a 14 ounce bag. Too bad I almost never go into a Walmart.

1box=1.9lbs=480 fish=$5 You over pay.

but if he has to drive an extra 15 minutes round trip to walmart then he loses money in gas = you suck at logic

The box of Swedish Fish is 30 ounces. At $5 thats 16.667 cents an ounce.
A 14 ounce bag at 1.97 is 14.07 cents an ounce.
At $2.95 a pound they're 18.43 cents an ounce.

YOU overpay since the ones from Wal-Mart are cheaper. I pay extra for the convenience of being able to mix the flavors in exactly the ratio I want. The mixed boxes are WAY too heavy on the orange and yellow ones.
