I am new to working out. Summer is almost over and I gained 45 pounds. I noticed that when I work out that i only sweat at my back. No face, arms, or legs only back. Is this normal?

The back is usually just where the sweat congregates, especially if you're wearing a shirt. It's really not a big deal. Plus keep in mind that your back had a massive surface area compared to your face or your arms. I sweat an insane amount when I do challenging cardio. It keeps you cool. Don't worry about it 🙂
