Why is it that I suspect the Swat teams had some real evidence and all that little ole ladies bullshit might prove to be only a baseless smokescreen. But we can all wait a few days and see if the Feds press some criminal charges against a some few select idiots at that tea bag rally who might have been engaging in true criminal conspiracies while pressing no charges against those that are really innocent little ole lady and little ole men types.

Until more evidence comes out, I for one will not leap to any unwarranted conclusions.

Interesting that illegals can protest, and threaten legal citizens with pickaxes and no SWAT shows up, but have a peaceful group of American citizen exercising their Constitutional rights, and they call out SWAT.

How do you know that the people that made the threats were illegals?

Calling SWAT out to peaceful protests is hardly a new thing. Remember the Iraq war protests?

Or Bush protests?

Er, you don't have any evidence so asking for more is kind of specious. What will you say if a few days goes by and nothing comes of it? If there was a conspiracy to commit mayhem I'll be all over them. What will you say if there isn't?

I know you're not asking me but I'd say if there isn't then it's another example of SWAT being called out to a protest like the other examples I already gave.

I have no problem with your position and I will also be hostile to the Feds if no charges result, but since neither of us know for sure yet, er--why can't we wait before rushing off to judgments based on nothing.

I merely proposed a theory that the Swat team may have been justified in busting the rally, not as a certainty, but to say that the OP may be wrong in stating that the FEDS had no better justification than merely hassling little ole ladies which he stated as a slam dunk certainty.

I don't see any evidence, or even claims from the biased site in the OP, that they "busted the rally" or hassled any old ladies. They appear to be just hanging out. I watch the vid, am I missing something?

If you didn't know what I was talking about, why did you quote me asking about it?

I thought you were talking about little outburst of violence at a recent AZ immigration law protest. Now I realize I hadn't heard about any pickaxe threats and SWAT was called. So you must be talking about something else.

What is it?

I think this is more apropos than that.
