Swapping CPUs?

So OK I got two Dell OptiPlex150 computers.

One at home which is a 1.7 P4.
One at work which is a 2.0 P4.

Question ... if I swap the CPUs will there be any problems?
Since dells are ... how should I say ... special.
Will the swap be a simple matter of drop and lock, or will I have to reconfig the entire system?

Thx for your help.
 
i dont see why aa change in cpu would screw up your pc, just make sure it's recongnized in the bios, and make sure the voltages are the same
