Swapping CD drives

I have to CD drives in my computer (1 DVD and other CD RW) What I want is to make the DVD the default drive, so that when I put CDs in it they auto run, instead of having to put it in my CD RW. My DVD is a faster reader, so I can install faster. Thats the only real reason. 16x DVD vs a 32x read CD RW.
 
What OS? Not sure if this works in Win2000, but in Win9x you should go into device manager and open CD-ROMs and right click on the one you want to change and select "auto insert notification" to make it autoplay your CDs. If you want to change the order than go to the bottom and change the drive letter selector as well.
