I'd question the legality of that... I'm no legal expert, but I can't imagine the founding fathers would have smiled and thought it was a good idea.

Defeating Bush means redirecting the current Administration's aggressive unilateral foreign policy, protecting the environment and women's right to choose, and keeping Bush from stacking the Supreme Court and federal courts with conservative judges.

How would it be illegal? Just a promise to trade votes. Heh, people can lie just like politicians do when promising everything under the sun for our vote in the FIRST place.

It's legal, and no more underhanded than the Republicans campaigning to get Nader on the ballots in many states.

Seriously, if you're in Kansas, and you're a democrat thinking voting for Kerry helps, you may have mental problems. The man trails by 31 points in this state. No democrat has won here in years. The same is true in: Utah, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, etc. If you're a republican in NY or CA, do you think voting for Bush helps him at all? Nope, he has no chance in hell of winning either of those states.

Which is why neither candidate will spend much money in any of them.
